Just hours before my ate’s (older sister’s) departure to Kuala Lumpur, my family and I decided to try Marriott Hotel’s Sunday Brunch. I wanted to have breakfast buffet at Viking’s that day but my sister just won’t buy my ‘proposal’. Again, I don’t have much photos of the food selection.
I skipped the appetizers, bread and cheese and the salad and went straight to the seafood station where I got baked cheese mussels, buttered baby lobsters, baked prawns and salmon in cream sauce. Baby lobsters pa lang, solb na ako.
** Okay, I just realized that I don’t have a photo of my first plate. haha. So much for being too concentrated on eating. Meh.

I loved that the food selection included unlimited Foie Gras! You can pick your foie gras then ask the chef to cook it for you, whatever way you want. :)

And.. rib eye, prime ribs, sirloin, everything steak! But then again, only photo I have is nothing but a crappy and blurred photo of the steak.

The Japanese station had a decent food selection as well.

I forgot what this is caled though! :) Mehehe.

There’s also a pasta station with freshly made pasta like Spinach Fettucine and others. I wasn’t sure what to order so I just told the staff to cook their best pasta dish. The nice staff then cooked a Spinach Fettucine with Shrimps and Ham in white sauce for me! :)

The pasta station cooks! :)

Marinated salmon. :)

Liver something! I think this goes with the breads? Hmm.
I seriously ate more than my body can take that I almost lost consciousness. I’m not kidding. I think the only stations I didn’t get food from was the Indian/Singaporean station, salad station, cocktails station. I wanted to get some legit Hainan Chicken Rice but I realized that hainanese chicken isn’t worth 2,000+ php per head.
As for the cakes, chocolates and all the other dessert selections.. I think that deserves a separate post. Just to excite you.. Marriott Cafe has a Chocolate Room! :] Waiiit for iiitttt. :)
